Nature house in Doldersum

Sunday late check-out until 9 pm, free of charge! On the edge of National Park Drents-Friese Wold lies this house with a unique view of the Doldersum sheepfold. This vacation home is ideal for friends, two couples or a family. Outside in the garden you can relax on the large lounge sofa. If it gets cold, you can light a fire in the brazier or bake a pizza in the outdoor oven. Downstairs are a living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower in one, toilet and 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with bunk beds for 2 children. Upstairs is a large loft, where children can play, and a bedroom with a double bed. Comfortable - Made beds, bath & kitchen linens - Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion & soap - Kitchen utensils such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, combination oven, spices and oil - Washing machine - No TV - Games - Early check-in €50 (if possible)

The Drents-Friese Wold National Park is one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands and among the most beautiful and important nature reserves in Europe. It is therefore designated as a Natura2000 area. Right next to the house is the starting point for a beautiful hiking and cycling route through the area. What makes the location of the house so special is that the garden is adjacent to Schaapkooi Doldersummerveld. The sheepfold is a collaboration between the foundation "Het Drentse Landschap" and the "Vereniging Natuurmonumenten." Due to the release of the buildings of an organic dairy farmer in the area, the sheepfold could be realized and it was christened "Huenderhoeve." Every day the shepherd, together with his dogs and the Schoonebeker sheep go out on the heath. In the vicinity are cozy villages such as Dwingeloo and Diever, to take a break on a terrace or have a nice meal. More info after booking!
