When renting this apartment, the region activcard is included in the travel price. This allows you during your stay free use of the elevators, bus transportation, entrance pools and museums etc.! Hygiene is paramount and all apartments are thoroughly cleaned after the change. This house consists of three apartments. The owners have decorated the house very rustic, comfortable and cozy. The important thing is that the guest feels at home. Around the house are several terraces where everyone can use. Everywhere (reclining) chairs and even a gazebo where there is a gas grill for barbecuing. A wood-fired farmer's outdoor sauna in the barn next to the house provides a wonderfully relaxing end to a day of skiing or hiking. In summer there is a pool in the garden, on hot days great for cooling off or bobbing on the air mattress and enjoying the panoramic mountain views. The apartment has a balcony with beautiful views!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is quietly located in the town of Hinterstoder, with a panoramic view of the mountains. The area borders Austria's largest protected nature reserve, the Kalkalpen. Since recently UNESCO World Heritage Site because of its ancient, natural primeval forest! The mountains are 80% covered with forests, mostly by beech, pine and fir. The gorges, lakes, canyons and waterfalls are magnificent. There are numerous animals and plants not found elsewhere. For several years, the lynx has also been living in the national park again. But also the nature directly around the house is very worthwhile, pure and untouched. You walk from the house through untouched nature, attractive for the experienced hiker and climber, but also for a family with children. There are numerous activities possible, such as: paragliding, mountain biking, rock climbing, there is a climbing forest, tennis, etc. Swimming opportunities in pools and lakes!

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund

- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
