The completely refurbished country house is surrounded by greenery and yet well connected! Here you will find peace and relaxation and enough space for a get-together with friends or extended family for up to 10 people. There is a large garden with play equipment for children. Two terraces and a cozy lounge invite you to linger and relax. On the first floor you will find a large eat-in kitchen with seating and adjoining laundry room (incl. washing machine and dryer). The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc. There is also a guest WC, a study/playroom and a dining room with adjoining living room (incl. Smart TV and fireplace) on the first floor. From here you have access to the large terrace with seating and gas barbecue. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (180x200). One of the bedrooms also has a crib. The house has 4 parking spaces.
Nature and surroundings
The country house consists of a main house (which is offered here) and an adjoining house (in which there are two apartments) and is located in the middle of the nature of the beautiful Bergisches Land. The neighbors in the adjoining apartments are very friendly. A supermarket, bakery with café, post office, kiosk, hairdresser, pharmacy, etc. are only 5 minutes away by car. The city center of Bergisch Gladbach with its pedestrian zone and shopping center is also only 15 minutes away. Cologne and the exhibition grounds in Cologne-Deutz can be reached in less than 30 minutes. There are also several riding stables, a golf course, the beautiful Bensberg Castle and the Mediterana with numerous themed saunas and thermal baths in the immediate vicinity. The Claudius Therme in Cologne-Deutz is also within easy reach. In addition, the surrounding area with its many hiking trails is ideal for long walks in the countryside.
