Nature house in Bergambacht

This cozy nature house is located in our rural garden on a quiet lane, next to a nature reserve and river Lek. The cottage has a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchenette. Enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace with outdoor kitchen, a wonderful place to unwind in both summer and winter: Fall asleep under crispy clean bedding and wake up to freshly baked (sourdough) bread, coffee and chirping birds.The well-equipped kitchenette (inside) has a microwave and refrigerator. Outside there is a covered outdoor kitchen with cookware, 2-burner stove, Airfryer oven, steam cooker, bbq and garden fireplace. Next to the cottage is a lockable shed with bicycle charging point. Extensive breakfast on first morning is included in the price. And matched or any dietary needs. It is delivered at the time of your choice. On the other day(s) you can choose if you want breakfast: small €7,- / extensive €13,- per person.

The immediate vicinity offers every opportunity for biking, hiking, picnicking, swimming and canoeing. Two bikes with front crate (and picnic bag) are available for free. From the cottage you walk through the garden and dike stairs directly into nature reserve "Buitenlanden" with wild paths and several beaches along the river Lek. The cottage is located in the middle of the Green Heart of the Netherlands, with its beautiful polders and ancient farms. Picturesque places like Schoonhoven, Nieuwpoort, Vlist are within walking and cycling distance. The cottage is located at node 37 of the national cycling and walking route network. Enjoy the tranquility, nature and the outdoors and at the same time central to the big cities: Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Gouda, Dordrecht and Amsterdam.
