At 680m altitude, beautiful 140m2 house in Fonzaso (on Mount Roncon) with breathtaking views of Feltre and the mountains. Surrounded by greenery, woods and meadows. Just a few kilometers from the famous Monte Grappa.Ideal for lovers of nature and peace. It is a lovely and secluded place in nature. As soon as we arrive, we immediately disconnect from the stress of our daily lives and immerse ourselves in a feeling of serenity. Extraordinary sensation.With caution we use rainwater that is pumped electrically from the cistern.The house à reachable through a mountain road of about 4km.Strategic location that allows us to discover the wonderful Veneto, with the famous cities of art such as Venice, Vicenza, Treviso and Bassano. Admire the castles of Trentino and visit the picturesque villages and medieval towns nearby. Taste award-winning gelato while strolling in the historic center of Feltre, a painted city.
Nature and surroundings
Set off on various hiking trails and mountain refuges. The Conegliano Valdobbiadene area is a land of excellence in Prosecco production. It stretches for 40 kilometers along the Treviso Pre-Alps and east of the Piave River. Rich in hills and vineyards, but it is also famous for the long and beautiful scenic trails that crisscross it. The Veneto region also offers good food, good wine, and lots of delicious cheeses. Not far from Monte Grappa, where you can see all the way across the plains to Venice. Go to high altitudes in San Martino and the Marmolada, where the blue sky blends with the peaks. If you are in the mood for adventure, take a hang gliding flight from Mount Avena, rafting on the Brenta River or take a mountain bike ride. Want to relax, take advantage of a private yoga class in the garden or on the terrace. While your children have fun on the swing, you read your favorite book under the spacious veranda or in the hammock.
