At an elevation of 680 meters, a beautiful 140-square-meter home in Fonzaso (on Monte Roncon) with a breathtaking view of Feltre and the mountains. Surrounded by greenery, woods, and meadows. Just a few kilometers from the famous Monte Grappa. Ideal for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. It’s an enchanting, secluded spot in the heart of nature. As soon as we arrive, we immediately disconnect from the stress of our daily lives and immerse ourselves in a sense of serenity. An extraordinary feeling! Rainwater is used sparingly and is pumped electrically from the cistern. The house is accessible via a mountain road about 4 km long. Its strategic location allows you to explore the wonderful Veneto region, with its famous cities of art such as Venice, Vicenza, Treviso, and Bassano. Admire the castles of Trentino and visit the picturesque villages and medieval towns nearby. Sample award-winning gelato while strolling through the historic center of Feltre, the “painted city.”
Nature and surroundings
Set out on various hiking trails and visit mountain huts. The Conegliano Valdobbiadene region is renowned for its exceptional Prosecco production. It stretches 40 kilometers along the Treviso Pre-Alps and east of the Piave River. Rich in hills and vineyards, it’s also famous for the long, beautiful scenic trails that crisscross the region. The Veneto region also offers great food, fine wine, and a wide variety of delicious cheeses. Not far from Monte Grappa, where you can admire the entire plain all the way to Venice. Head up to San Martino and the Marmolada, where the blue of the sky blends with the mountain peaks. If you’re in the mood for adventure, try hang gliding from Monte Avena, rafting on the Brenta River, or going for a mountain bike ride. If you’re looking to relax, take advantage of a private yoga class in the garden or on the terrace. While your children have fun on the swing, you can read your favorite book under the spacious veranda or in the hammock.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €400.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
