This newly built cottage was designed and built by Mart himself with much love and attention to detail - and we are secretly a bit proud of that. The cottage has a private and fully fenced garden, where you can enjoy nature in peace - and of course the luxurious wood-fired hot tub (unfortunately not available during frosty weather). - Inside is warm and cozy thanks to the cozy pellet stove, perfect for cozy evenings - Outside awaits your own piece of greenery, ideal for relaxing in total privacy - End the day in the hot tub under the stars (except for frost periods) Breakfast service is available upon request Located close to the beautiful moorland, with plenty of hiking and biking opportunities in the area * Hot tub needs to be booked in addition.

The area around Bij het Veen is a true paradise for nature lovers. Here you are in a quiet, green oasis where you can walk or cycle endlessly through the impressive bog landscape. Be surprised by the tranquility, the wide views and the rich biodiversity. And did you know that you are within walking distance of the largest sheepfold in the Netherlands? A special sight and a wonderful starting point for a walk over the heath or through the moors.
