From the property you can walk onto the dirt road and follow one of the hiking trails that have been mapped out in the area. But it is also great to cycle here. There are numerous bicycle routes that you can easily follow from here. Think of the cycling route 'Nature near Mantinge' Matinge/Beilen/Westerbork (73 km) or the cycling route 'City and nature' Uffelte/Dwingeloo/Hoogeveen (63 km) but there are many more routes like that.
