The exclusive vacation home is designed for family vacations or vacations with friends. It has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The heart of the house is the large, open, glazed living-dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The plot is 560 square meters and offers plenty of space to play and relax. You can eat and barbecue together on the terrace. An outdoor sauna (€60 per week) and high-quality furnishings make this home something special. Of course there are 2 parking spaces with wallbox (for a fee) under the carport. The house is ecologically insulated to the highest energy standard and has underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove.

Our vacation home is located on the Schienerberg, 650 meters above sea level, just a few minutes' walk from the Swiss border. The Romanesque pilgrimage church, which is right next to our house, is a landmark of the village. The "Lädele" 2019 (village store of the year) is only 150 meters away. The exposed location of Schienen is an Eldorado for hikers and mountain bikers. You can start hiking right from the doorstep, following in Hermann Hesse's footsteps, so to speak. Right on the border with Switzerland, it is the ideal place for nature-loving people who are looking for peace and quiet, enjoy hiking and cycling and still want to be in Radolfzell (15 min.), Stein am Rhein (7 min.) or Constance (Seehas from Radolfzell, with guest card included) in no time at all. You can also reach Mainau, Reichenau, Überlingen or the Rhine Falls by car in no time at all.
