Nature house in Schalkhaar

Welcome to my little farmhouse in Schalkhaar. The beautiful thatched house stands on 5ha of private land and is surrounded by woods and meadows. The house is suitable for 10 people, simple but clean and equipped with basic comforts. Over a beautiful driveway you come to a place that offers peace from the first moment. The farm is private and no other people live in the yard. My horses are in the barn next to the farm and I have their daily care but my guests will notice little or nothing of this.

The combination of space and forest makes the feeling of relaxation very great and it is from the first moment greatly enjoy this fantastic place. Near the house there are two natural ponds, one of which is suitable for swimming. The farm is surrounded by hedgerows where the necessary wildlife lives and which, in the quiet of the morning, show themselves wonderfully in the open field. Experience space and no lighting or horizon pollution by buildings or other that limits your view. Experience Olde Beernink in real life and feel what the house and its surroundings can do to you, feel the peace. The house is located on the Overijssels Kanaal, and close to the Sallandse Heuvelrug. There are many hiking possibilities and the villages in the area offer nice routes and options for some activity. City of Deventer is a sight in itself with its old Hanseatic streets and quaint stores and restaurants.
