This former barn of farm Klein Leeuwerik has been converted into a cozy, spacious and comfortable vacation home. In any season it is a lovely place to be. The cozy living room/kitchen has a cozy sitting area with wood stove and a large dining table. On the first floor are two spacious bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds. If necessary, another bed can be made up on the spacious landing between the two bedrooms. In the enclosed garden you can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. Parking is available next to the house. The entire house is at your disposal.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation home is located in the hamlet of Eikelhof, halfway between Diepenveen and Olst. From the house you can walk straight into the woods of estate 't Neijendal. From there you can cross to the beautiful castle de Haere and the river IJssel. Do you find that too far to walk? You can also take the bike or car and then do one of the walking routes through the castle garden. The house is a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful coulisse landscape of Salland by bike. There are two power outlets in the garden for charging e-bikes. Are you a mountain biker? Then you could not wish for a better place. With three mountain bike trails in the immediate vicinity of about 30 km each, you never have to cycle the same round. And would you like to combine nature with city conviviality? In respectively 10, 15 and 30 minutes you are in the middle of the beautiful cities of Deventer, Zutphen and Zwolle. From Olst station (8 minutes by car or regional bus), these cities are also easily accessible by train.

Het enige nadeel was dat er geen afzonderlijk toilet was.

Fijn, gezellig huisje, mooi ingericht. Behulpzame, vriendelijke eigenaren die verderop op het terrein wonen. Veel privacy en je loopt zo het bos in
Prachtige omgeving en toch heel dichtbij het mooie Deventer

De foto's liegen er niet om en het huis ziet er in werkelijkheid uit zoals op de foto's. Als je binnenkomt lijkt aan alles gedacht, het huis heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken, comfortabel meubulair, wasmachine, een eigen opgang en eigen oprijlaan. Zonder auto is ook alles goed te doen, een AH zit op 10 minuten fietsen en met een beetje doortrappen ben je in 20 minuten in het centrum van Deventer. In de omgeving zijn verschillende wandelroutes/gebieden, je kan er heerlijk fietsen en goed tot rust komen. Wat ons betreft een absolute aanrader.
Het huisje is gelegen aan de rand van een veld en bomenrand met geweldig uitzicht en in een rustige omgeving.
