Nature, peace & environment:We enjoyed a wonderful and warm three days in the small cottage, which is very comfortable and attractively furnished. A kitchen with enough cutlery, crockery and whatever you might need. Beautiful view of the large garden with cozy terrace. The lovely owners gave good tips. So we visited Tongeren on Sunday morning (big antique market every time). Made a nice walk from the market of Borgloon to the see-through church. A visit to the Fruit Experience Center in Borgloon was also very interesting. And finally we were surprised by "be-Mine" in Beringen, where we climbed a 100-meter terril, visited the Mine Museum and last but not least did a tour underground with an experienced miner/guide where a lifelike mine was reconstructed. Wij hebben genoten van een heerlijke en warme driedaagse in het kleine huisje, wat zeer comfortabel en sfeervol ingericht is. Een keuken met voldoende bestek, serviesgoed en wat je maar nodig kunt hebben.
Prachtig uitzicht op de grote tuin met gezellig ingericht terras. De lieve eigenaren gaven goeie tips. Zo bezochten we Tongeren op zondagmorgen (telkens grote antiekmarkt). Maakten mooie wandeling vanaf het marktje van Borgloon naar het doorkijkkerkje. Ook een bezoek aan het Fruitbelevingscentrum in Borgloon was heel interessant. En tenslotte werden we verrast door "be-Mine" in Beringen, waar we een terril van 100 m. beklommen, het Mijnmuseum bezochten en last but not least een rondgang ondergronds deden met een ervaren mijnwerker/gids waar een levensechte mijn werd nagebouwd.
