We are used to nicer surroundings at Nature houses Response landlord: Customer immediately after booking indicated that we only have 1 nature house on the park (far from the road) but it was just fully booked. So that the customer was allowed to cancel. Or gave the customer the option (with overview photo from above) for another cottage. The customer himself then chose a cottage by the road and now we get this reaction... that is a bit unfair.

Of de klant de optie gegeven (met overzicht foto van boven af) voor een ander huisje.
