A love shack where you can spend a romantic week end or a week. The cottage has been renovated in 2022 and it's eco-friendly and avant-garde. The renovation guarantees a perfect micro-climates because of the special house covering. There's floor heating and silent air conditioning. You will have bluetooth sound system in the living room and bedroom as weel as ceiling fans. The kitchen hosts lastest generation household appliances and there's a big fridge where you can see inside just with a "knock, knock". We offer Netflix connection and a comfortable work corner. There are two bathrooms; one is big and traditional and the small one offers a Japaneese wc. The bedroom is large and comfortable with new matress and electric black out courtains. WiFi is everywhere. A wonderful large window gives light to the living room open space.
Nature and surroundings
It's a quiet place but it's strategically located at 10 km out of the Brennero highway. It's even not far from Mantova, Modena, Reggio Emilia and Parma (30 minutes by car) and Verona is one hour far. You can reach the cottage through a short gravel road and your privacy is extremly guaranteed. You can have three different gardens; one hosts a jacuzzi for your summer holiday, the second has a fire basket and it's so comfortable for the middle seasons and the last and small one is the best for your private breakfast outside the main door.
