Very spacious, quiet house. Natural location and yet close to several amenities. The house is divided into 2 completely private parts: 1 part vacation home and 1 part private house. You enter the house through a private entrance. Ground floor: On the first floor there is first a spacious entrance hall with a separate toilet. Then you walk on to the open kitchen connected to the living room. The living room is equipped with a spacious corner seat and a separate sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 persons. Outside: Through the living room you can reach the adjoining terrace through a sliding door. There is parking next to the driveway.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located in natural Wachtebeke, with its many assets. It is the perfect starting point for hiking or cycling. The heath forest and monastery forest are nearby! Or discover our beautiful Moervaart by kayak/canoe. Also the provincial property Puyenbroeck with public swimming pool, playground and beautiful fauna and flora is only 10 minutes away. Baker, supermarket, chip shop, butcher,... If you do want to go into town, Ghent, Terneuzen and Hulst are within 30 minutes' drive. The house is adjacent to our private home. Yet during the renovation we have carefully watched that the 2 houses are completely private and closed from each other.
