This is a second floor apartment which shares the garden with the downstairs apartment. It is a 3 bedroom house with new oven, washing maching and a wood heater. All beds and mattresses are new with high quality mattresses. Plenty of free and easy parking infornt of the house. The house is located less then 5 min walk from the center of the village of Avo where you can find a beautiful river beach, a supermarket, a bakery, bank, pharmacy and a few other little shops. It is 15 - 20 min drive from Oliveira do hospital, a bigger town with big supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
