Nature house in São Vicente

We were absolutely delighted with the Casa do Lanço - Tinta Negra vacation home in São Vicente. The complex, consisting of 5 different vacation homes, is very close to nature, surrounded by vineyards. It is located at the end of a valley, easy to reach and yet in a quiet location. We really liked the furnishings of the vacation home, a place to feel absolutely at home. Everything is as shown in the online description. From the living room and bedroom you can go directly out onto a covered terrace, which we found very nice. The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing is missing. The parking situation can be a bit difficult if all the vacation homes are occupied and you can't find a parking space within the complex. We talked to the other guests and helped each other. We found the anonymity a bit of a shame, as you are not greeted personally on arrival. In any case, we can highly recommend a stay.

Wir waren vom Ferienhaus Casa do Lanço - Tinta Negra in São Vicente absolut begeistert. Die Anlage, bestehend aus 5 unterschiedlichen Ferienhäusern, ist sehr naturnah, umgeben von Weinbergen. Sie befindet sich am Ende eines Tales, ist leicht zu erreichen und doch ruhig gelegen.
Uns hat die Einrichtung des Ferienhauses ausnehmend gut gefallen, ein Ort zum absoluten Wohlfühlen. Alles ist so wie in der Online-Beschreibung dargestellt. Vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer kann man direkt auf eine überdachte Terrasse hinausgehen, was wir sehr schön fanden. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Als etwas schwierig kann sich die Parksituation gestalten, wenn alle Ferienhäuser belegt sind und man dann keinen Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage mehr findet. Wir haben mit den anderen Gästen gesprochen und uns gegenseitig geholfen.
Etwas schade fanden wir die gewisse Anonymität, da man bei Ankunft nicht persönlich empfangen wird.
In jedem Fall können wir einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.

The complex, consisting of 5 different vacation homes, is very close to nature, surrounded by vineyards. The vacation home is located at the end of a valley, is easy to reach and yet in a quiet location - apart from the rooster crowing early in the morning and the rally taking place on the road in front of the complex one day ... Unfortunately, we were given insufficient information about the latter by the local organizer, as we were not allowed to leave the house until a certain time on that day, which we only found out from our local neighbors.

Wir waren vom Ferienhaus Casa do Lanço - Tinta Negra in São Vicente absolut begeistert. Die Anlage, bestehend aus 5 unterschiedlichen Ferienhäusern, ist sehr naturnah, umgeben von Weinbergen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich am Ende eines Tales, ist leicht zu erreichen und doch ruhig gelegen - wenn man einmal von dem bereits am frühen Morgen krähenden Hahn und der an einem Tag auf der Straße vor der Anlage stattfindenden Rallye absieht ... Leider wurden wir über Letztere von dem örtlichen Veranstalter nur unzureichend informiert, da wir an jenem Tag bis zu einer bestimmten Zeit das Haus nicht verlassen durften, was wir nur durch unsere einheimischen Nachbarn erfuhren.
