The cottage has a private driveway a generous terrace which connects to the meadows, plenty of parking. A private entrance, separate living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher and stove. On the ground floor you will find, also the living room, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This is easily accessible with a walker or wheelchair. There is a 2nd toilet. The house has 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with a box-spring double bed. Upstairs is also a box spring double bed, and an extra bed 1 pers., all equipped with linen. This makes the house accessible for 7 people. The terrace overlooks the meadows, the land border and the cart track driveway. Garden furniture is provided. You can enjoy the evening sunshine around a campfire and the nature around you. WiFi + TV is available.

Cyclists, hikers and people who love nature and tranquility will enjoy this wonderful environment. From the house you can start your tour, it is the place to unwind and relax. On the dirt road, where our house stands, is the start and landing field of paragliders who regularly stay here. And you find yourself 400 meters from the house in Germany.
