House has private driveway and generous terrace which connects to the meadows, plenty of parking. A private entrance, separate living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher, stove, filter coffee maker and Senseo machine, kettle. On the ground floor you will find, the living room, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This is easily accessible with a walker or wheelchair. There is a 2nd toilet. The house has 3 bedrooms; 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with a box spring double bed. The upper floor is a box spring double bed, and 1 pers-bed. All provided with linen. Crib is possible, making the house accessible for 7 people. The terrace overlooks the meadows, the land border and the cart track driveway. Garden furniture is available. You can enjoy the evening sun around a campfire and the nature around you. WiFi + TV is available.

Near Ootmarsum, lies this vacation home, in this characteristic rolling coulisse landscape beautiful views, rare flora and fauna, moors and burial mounds from the Ice Age. Perhaps you will get the chance to see a flying deer in real life? Or hear the owls' evening calls? See a barn swallow fly? Deer grazing in the meadow next to the forest edge. Your senses will make beautiful memories. Between Manderveen and Ootmarsum are unique natural areas such as Het Springendal, De Vasserheide, the Valley of Mosbeek and Janninks Cirkels, where you can discover heaths, streams, springs and fields of wild orchids. Cyclists, hikers and people who love nature and tranquility will enjoy this wonderful environment. From the house you can start your tour, it is the place to unwind. On the dirt road, where our house is located, is the start and landing field of paragliders who regularly stay here. And you find yourself 400 meters from the house in Germany.
