This apartment was built in 2022, and is heated by a heat pump. We also generate electricity through solar panels. On the ground floor is the living room and kitchen and the 1 person bedroom. In the hallway there is a separate toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The front bedroom has two single beds and has a French balcony, through this large window you have beautiful views over the polder. The second bedroom has a bunk bed but in terms of comfort exactly the same as our other beds, and also the same size of 90 * 210 and there is a single bed. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. In terms of furnishings to be sustainable by many interior and decoration to purchase through the thrift store and marketplace. Exceptions to this are our beds, these are of good quality and purchased new. A good night's sleep is very important to us.
Nature and surroundings
Near us are the Reeuwijks lakes, perfect for recreation when the weather is nice. But you can also walk and cycle beautifully between the lakes with an oasis of calm. There are numerous bicycle routes in the Green Heart. In Boskoop there are VVV tours by boat. Here you sail through the Boskoop ditches and become acquainted with the fields of our Boskoop growers. The Lansing is located between Boskoop and Reeuwijk. This is a beautifully preserved nature reserve. It is also wonderful to take a beautiful walk around our Middelburg Polder in the evening after dinner. This polder is a polder full of different species of birds including the Black-tailed Godwit, which fortunately has been returning to our polder in recent years, but also even increasing in number. The piece of land behind our polder is even a protected bird area. The municipality and province and our farmers work together to maintain this area for protected bird
