Vacation accommodation consists of a house with sleeping accommodation for max. 4 persons + a stuga with sleeping accommodation for 3 persons/children (the ideal number of persons is 5, but there are 7 sleeping accommodations). The house is located near a large lake with a small harbor and beach (so : possibility of boating, fishing and swimming in the lake). The house has a large terrace and a large well-kept garden with plenty of privacy. Includes ladies and gents bike and rowing boat. Everything is available to enjoy a wonderful relaxing stay in Värmland. Included: - Bedding, electricity, water, heating and cooling - Garden furniture, bbq - Tourist guide, many board games - Super fast internet (100 mbit fiber) - Smart TV (use your own Netflix, Disney, HBO) - Smart Sonos speaker - Washing machine - Stove, oven, micro-oven, fridge-freezer - Ladies' and men's bike - Rowing boat - Free organic vegetables, strawberries and berries from the garden, according to the season
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located on a land tip, which means that in the street there is no through traffic, ideal for a family with children. On the whole landtip there is also a speed limit of 30km/hour. In the street there are several vacation homes. Most of the cottages are occupied in the summer by Swedes, who have a permanent residence in a nearby town, but come to seek peace and quiet in the summer. In the immediate vicinity there is the large lake (Alkvettern). Here there is also a small harbor with a terrace with 2 picnic tables. For those who like to swim in the lake there is a small beach. At Herrnäset there is also a marked hiking trail of about 6 km, through forests and meadows, along the waterfront. It is best to do this walk in the morning. More swimming fun is assured on the east side of Herrnäset (1.5 km away).
