The house is part of a residential community, yet enough privacy with a private outdoor area as well. In recent years we have realized Woon De Droom with a group of friends. We designed and built the house ourselves using natural and recycled materials. From the spacious kitchen you look 5km far over the meadows, from the chill corner you can see the dike behind which is the sea and the edge of the dunes. There is a private terrace where you can see the sunset every evening. And if you have the skylight open at night in the bed room you sleep under the stars with the sound of the sea. Really a lovely house to be in and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The co-inhabitants are all good friends and nice and sweet people. You will meet them in the garden, but otherwise you have your own private. We have a very sweet stubborn cat that goes completely her own way but likes to be fed by you :)
Nature and surroundings
From the kitchen you have a beautiful view for miles over the polder where there are all kinds of animals. This polder is also a protected bird area. Across the street you walk straight into the dunes and woods. And at 700 meters walk you are on the beach. With a lovely lagoon where children can swim and play. It really is a wonderful place for lovers of nature! Even in high summer you can still find quiet places on the beach.

Heerlijke plek, met een fijne houtkachel en een fantastisch uitzicht op de polder en zeedijk met vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen.
De duinen op kruipafstand, het strand op loopafstand en de polder op loop/fietsafstand zijn overweldigend mooi en niet te druk. Een fantastische locatie bij de natuur.
