After a day of adventure, you can relax in the sauna or enjoy an invigorating shower. Afterwards, a cozy evening by the campfire awaits.
Nature and surroundings
The accommodation is located between two nature reserves, on one side the Strabrechtse Heide (which is in bloom in August and part of September!) and on the other side De Groote Peel. National Park De Groote Peel is a great area for hikers and birdwatchers. The nature reserve is characterized by peat, marsh, water, reeds and bog pines. There is a visitor center where you can find all information about this special area. The Strabrechtse Heide is a beautiful walking and cycling area that works with junction routes for cyclists and walkers. A must is the Happen en Trappen route, a day of cycling through this beautiful area and delicious food at five different restaurants. And don't forget the cozy Boscafé van Moorsel, located on our property. Spend even more time here with your loved one, enjoy a drink and be enchanted by the charming atmosphere.

Jeroen May 9, 2025 General rating:Ben and colleagues have it super for each other here, the weekend we were there was blessed with fantastic weather, then you have already won half ... (with rain I might have been a little less enthusiastic, but that's how it stays) PS: The tent we had rented is just super nice, good bed and nice big porch with nice chairs. Totally fine and definitely worth repeating!
Ben en collega's hebben het hier super voor elkaar, het weekend dat wij er waren was gezegend met fantastisch weer, dan heb je de helft al gewonnen ... (met regen was ik misschien iets minder enthousiast geweest, maar zo blijft het) PS: De tent die wij hadden gehuurd, is gewoon super leuk aangekleed, goed bed en leuke grote veranda met lekker stoelen. Helemaal prima en zeker voor een herhaling vatbaar!
Nature, peace & environment:What an incredibly nice & small scale campground this is! cozy with all sanitary facilities a short walk away. A nice outdoor kitchen with picnic tables on the lawn. The adjacent forest cafe is also perfect for a bakkie/beer or lunch, nice terrace and - if it rains - you sit inside also great fun. The sauna - to be fired up with wood - is also super, lying stretched out (I am 2 mtr) is difficult especially if there are more than 2 people in the sauna.
Wat een ontzettend leuke & kleinschalige camping is dit! knus opgezet met alle sanitaire faciliteiten op korte loopafstand. Een leuke buitenkeuken met picnictafels op het grasveld. Het aangrenzende boscafé is ook perfect voor een bakkie/biertje of lunch, leuk terras en - indien het regent - zit je binnen ook geweldig leuk. De sauna - op te stoken met hout - is ook super, languit liggen (ik ben 2 mtr) is lastig zeker als er meer dan 2 personen in de sauna zitten.

Nature, peace & environment:Either Strabrechtse Heide and De Groote Peel National Park have much to offer, but the experience in the tent was amazing, the sauna/kitchen and different facilities are great and the pub is lovely.
