I was there around New Year's Eve to escape her fireworks violence in leeuwarden, But the neighbor had bought a lot. Otherwise it was wonderfully quiet..beautiful forest very near.beautiful view from the fine veranda.

We had rented the house because we had commitments close by. Therefore, we could not enjoy the house to the fullest but definitely plan to come back for some vacation days, we liked the house very much. Maurice and Karien also received us very nicely.

Wij hadden het huis gehuurd omdat we dichtbij verplichtingen hadden. We konden dan ook niet optimaal van het huis genieten maar zijn zeker van plan om terug te komen voor enkele vakantiedagen, het huis beviel ons heel goed. Maurice en Karien hebben ons ook heel fijn ontvangen.

Vele, mooie wandel- en fietstochten in de omgeving en door de aanwezigheid van Natuurpark De Hondsrug kunt U volop genieten van natuur en historie. Hunebedden, oorlogsmonumenten en veel ongerepte natuur omringen de locatie, waardoor je al snel de rust voelt. Heerlijk ontspannen en genieten dus. Leuke en gezellige brinkdorpjes in de omgeving om te ontdekken en ook culinair kun je in deze omgeving terecht.
