This nature house is a cozy cottage for two on our yard, located in beautiful Drenthe. The cottage is located in rural Klijndijk, just fifteen minutes by bike from the surprisingly cozy center of Emmen. The cottage has a beautiful veranda where you can sit in both the sun and shade and have a beautiful view over the farmlands. We only use electricity and water in the cottage. We provide hot water by means of a boiler. Heating and cooling of the room can be done through the air conditioning, in the bathroom is an infrared panel. For cooking we have two induction hobs (room for 3 pans) and a combi oven / microwave. The cottage is fully equipped for a nice week's vacation!
Nature and surroundings
The cottage makes an ideal base for exploring the Drenthe countryside. There are numerous attractions nearby and through the many hiking and biking trails you are within minutes in the middle of nature. Wildlands adventure Zoo in Emmen can be reached in fifteen minutes by bike. The Hunebedcentrum in Borger and Herinningeringscentrum Kamp Westerbork are also worth a visit in the area.
