This village house was built in 1868. It originally served as a toll house on the road between Weert and Eindhoven. The most recent residents have transformed the surrounding grounds into a park-like garden including over 200 Dutch magnolia species and beautiful ceramic art objects. The house itself, despite its age, is equipped with all modern conveniences. The renovation was carried out with great attention to the character of the house and the many old details. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living-dining room, a "upstairs room" with TV and a utility room with a shower, sink and a separate toilet. There is also a bedroom (2p) on the first floor.
