This village house was built in 1868. It originally served as a toll house on the road between Weert and Eindhoven. The most recent residents have transformed the surrounding grounds into a park-like garden including over 200 Dutch magnolia species and beautiful ceramic art objects. The house itself, despite its age, is equipped with all modern conveniences. The renovation was carried out with great attention to the character of the house and the many old details. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living-dining room, a "upstairs room" with TV and a utility room with a shower, sink and a separate toilet. There is also a bedroom (2p) on the first floor. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms (2p), a bathroom with bath, shower and double sink and a separate toilet. You have unlimited access to our wifi network.
Nature and surroundings
Close to nature Village house is located in the hamlet of Zevenhuizen on a main road from the small Brabant village of Leende. With the Leenderbos on one side and the Strabrechtse Heide on the other, there is plenty of choice of cycling and walking routes. Management The huge garden enjoys much local fame. The many special plants and tree species are cared for by a grandson of the grower, who lives on the property before that. His cottage is well away from the main house and is secluded

Yvette October 16, 2023 General rating:Leuk huis, fijne ruimtes en een lekkere tuin. Ook fijn contact met de verhuurders, die geven al heel veel informatie over wat je allemaal kan doen in de buurt en we werden vriendelijk verwelkomt in het huisje.
Nature, peace & environment:Het is een heel mooi, groot huis met een hele leuke tuin! Je kan echt een flinke ronde in de tuin lopen en er is veel te zien en ontdekken in de tuin qua kunst. Het huis is ruim opgezet dus lekker veel ruimte voor iedereen.
