Located on picturesque Lake Pingo, the Galaxy Dome is the perfect choice for nature lovers who prefer not to compromise on style. Spacious with an eclectic mix of new and vintage furniture, including rocking loungers, remote control heating, mini-fridge, toaster and everything you need for a pleasant stay in nature. Double bed included. Prepare a nice meal with your own outdoor cooking utensils, on the BBQ or arrange a meal with us. Get in your own private boat and row across the lake. Throw your fishing rod in the water, make a fire by the pit or read a book and then gaze at the stars for hours after enjoying the setting sun. Join us for a heavenly experience.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the middle of the Hondsrug and is ideally suited for the nature lover who loves peace and quiet. There is an extensive network of cycling, equestrian and hiking trails. A varied nature and picturesque villages make it complete. Stores are a 10-minute drive away in Rolde, Borger and Grolloo. There is plenty to do around the private forest. In the vicinity are beautiful cycling and walking routes. In Assen starts one of the Happen & Trappen bicycle routes. Furthermore, the estate is located halfway along the walking route Rolde-Schoonoord of the Pieterpad. A few kilometers away you will find the Boomkroonpad. In Emmen is the Wildlands zoo, which is about a half hour drive from the nature house.
