Nature house in Hensbroek

Open since July 2023: Enjoy the peace and space, on through water, near Rustenburg. The little owl and the kestrel, are also regular yard residents. Ideal base for people who want to fish, boating, hiking / biking or towards the beach. We live on the ring canal on 12,000 m2 land and here is our completely renovated vacation home located, completely free with its own seat. We have our own jetty and it is even possible to bring your own boat (sloop). Enough parking space on own property. Layout: entrance through hall with toilet, living / bedroom with double bed, a nice sitting area with a (sleeping) sofa and TV (also from bed to use). Furthermore, a modern, open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave/oven, two burner (electric) stove, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto kza and kettle. And a modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Cottage is equipped with central heating and air conditioning. Breakfast on request possible, on weekends, at extra cost.

This nature house is located 15 km from the picturesque towns of Hoorn and Alkmaar, with its traditional cheese market on Friday mornings in summer. You can enjoy shopping in many nice shopping streets and also have a nice dinner or coffee in town. Heerhugowaard with a large indoor shopping center is nearby (5 km). The Golden Carp is a restaurant, where you can eat well and this is within 1 km from our cottage. At 5 km is the golf course of Spierdijk, also worthwhile if you like playing golf. Museum De Broeker Veiling is also recommended, and Sauna Fort Beemster and the picturesque De Rijp can be reached within 25 minutes by car. The coastal towns of Bergen (aan Zee) and Egmond (aan Zee) are also within 25 minutes by car, Amsterdam/ Schiphol are 40 km away. The boat to Texel is 45 minutes by car. The Zaanse Schans can also be reached within half an hour. In short, something for everyone! Camping cot and highchair free on request.
