Nature house in Zeeland, gemeente Maashorst

Helped make the bed myself, the mold was removed from the refrigerator with a mop and the milk that was still there was thrown away. From the receipts on the table we could tell that this was from a month ago. Toilet paper was fetched, but toilet had not been cleaned in a long time. This is true of the entire cottage, by the way. The amount of dust webs in the bedroom were not from one week. You could eat from the floor, there was plenty. Madam was extremely friendly and indicated that she forgot we were coming. My assumption is that these cons would not have been there. We really only stayed there for one night, but can imagine that people with more time can enjoy this place.

Zelf geholpen met het bed opmaken, de schimmel werd uit de koelkast gehaald met een dweiltje en de melk die er nog stond werd weggegooid. Uit de bonnetjes op de tafel was te herleiden dat dit van een maand geleden was.
Toiletpapier werd gehaald, maar toilet was in lange tijd niet schoongemaakt. Dat geldt trouwens voor het hele huisje. De hoeveelheid stofwebben in de slaapkamer waren niet van één week. Van de vloer kon je eten, er lag genoeg.
Mevrouw was bijzonder vriendelijk en gaf aan vergeten te zijn dat we zouden komen. Mijn aanname is dat deze minpuntjes er dan niet zouden zijn geweest. We zijn er echt maar één nachtje geweest, maar kan me indenken dat mensen met meer tijd hier wel kunnen genieten.

Sufficient. Piece away was a party with a lot of boom boom audible in the cottage, but that can always happen. Otherwise beautiful surroundings.

Voldoende. Stuk verderop was een feest met een hoop geboemboem hoorbaar in het huisje, maar dat kan altijd gebeuren. Verder mooie omgeving.

We had booked through a link from the NFN. This booking was intended for us as a naturist vacation. That this was not the case became apparent within 1 week.
The surroundings and the beautiful weather did a lot of good, because we made beautiful cycling and walking trips.
But the chalet itself was a travesty. Cramped, stuffy, bloody hot, dirty, dusty, and totally impractical.
For us this was once.....but never again!!!

Wij hadden geboekt via een link van de NFN. Deze boeking was voor ons bedoeld als naturistische vakantie. Dat dit niet het geval was, bleek binnen 1 week.
De omgeving en het mooie weer heeft veel goed gedaan, want we hebben mooie fiets- en wandeltochten gemaakt.
En veel buiten geleefd.
Maar de chalet zelf was een aanfluiting. Krap, benauwd, bloedheet, vies, stoffig.
En totaal niet praktisch ingericht.
Voor ons was dit ééns.....maar nooit meer!!!

It was in a wonderfully quiet and beautiful area full of nature. But the cottage itself was very cramped and stuffy with the hot weather. No swimming possibilities nearby. Very glad we had brought our own fan. This was a must. From us, the chalet could have been larger or more practically furnished.

Het was in een heerlijk rustige en mooie omgeving vol natuur. Maar het huisje zelf was heel krap en benauwd met het warme weer. Geen zwemmogelijkheden in de buurt. Heel blij dat wij zelf onze ventilator mee hadden genomen. Dit was een must. Van ons had de chalet wel groter gemogen of praktischer ingericht.

The bed is remarkably good in my opinion. No sag where your back gets sore. Soft pillows which I like. Minus point: There is a toilet but no shower. For that you have to walk (I estimate) 15 meters because the camping shower may be used. The campground is located on the edge of forest and Maashorst is a forest and open field area. Who likes peace and quiet is good here in itself. in the morning I woke up between sounds of birds and horses what I think is top. 6 km away and in almost 1 stripe drive on asphalt roads is Uden with a large and cozy shopping center. And nearby (2 km?) is the cozy village of Zeeland.I was unlucky with those screaming and house-hunting neighbors, but with a blind for the doors of the cottage I would quite do it again.I did not find it very bad. Simple, very small and slightly limited in luxury but rural off the road and in a nice area with nice people.

Het bed is opvallend goed naar mijn mening. Geen doorhanger waar je rug last van krijgt. Zachte kussens wat ik wel fijn vind.

Minpunt:
Er is een toilet maar geen douche. Daarvoor moet (ik schat) 15 meter gelopen worden want de camping douche mag gebruikt worden. Hier staat ook een wasmachine welke tegen betaling beschikbaar is.

De camping ligt aan de rand van bos en Maashorst is een bos en open veld gebied. Wie van rust houd is hier op zich wel goed.
's Morgens werd ik wakker tussen geluiden van vogels en paardjes wat ik top vind.
Op 6 km afstand en in bijna 1 streep rijden over asfaltwegen ligt Uden met een groot en gezellig winkelcentrum. En vlakbij (2 km?) ligt het gezellige dorpje Zeeland.

Ik had pech met die schreeuwende en housende buren, maar met een rolgordijn voor de deuren van het huisje zou ik het best nog eens doen.
Ik vond het niet heel slecht. Simpel, heel klein en licht beperkt in luxe maar wel landelijk van de weg af en in een fijne omgeving met aardige mensen.

Only 10 minutes after my arrival they started playing house music (hakke) at the neighbors and this went on for 3 hours. When I asked the manager about this she shrugged her shoulders. Of course, she can not do much about it in the middle of the day, but bit strange reaction. The cottage itself was reasonably clean and very well equipped with essential trifles (think of detergent, brushes, wipes, plastic bags, tea, coffee, etc) what I did not need but find very thoughtful. Unfortunately, there were spiders everywhere in the cottage, was not to be escaped. And the cottage is right across the central parking lot where the neighbors also use. Is not busy, though regular activity.Still a particularly nice place for those who love horses and farm atmosphere. For both entrance doors of the cottage is no window coverings, so a user of the parking lot look right through the living room. I think there should at least be a blind should

Al 10 minuten na mijn aankomst gingen ze bij de buren housemuziek (hakke) ten gehore brengen en dat ging 3 uur door.
Toen ik de beheerder hier over aansprak haalde zij haar schouders op. Natuurlijk, ze kan er weinig aan doen midden op de dag, maar beetje vreemde reactie.

Het huisje zelf was redelijk schoon en zeer goed voorzien van onmisbare kleinigheden (denk aan afwasmiddel, borstels, doekjes, plastic zakken, thee, koffie, etc) wat ik niet nodig had maar wel heel attent vind.

Helaas zaten overal spinnen raggen in het huisje, was niet aan te ontkomen.
En het huisje staat recht tegenover de centrale parkeerplaats waar de buren ook gebruik van maken. Is niet druk, wel regelmatig activiteit.
Toch een bijzonder mooie plek voor wie van paarden en boerderij sfeertje houd. Valt niets aan af te dingen.
Voor de beide toegangsdeuren van het huisje zit geen raambekleding, daardoor kijkt een gebruiker van de parkeerplaats dwars door de woonkamer heen.
Ik vind dat er minimaal een rolgordijn moet
