Nature house in Middelburg

Fine and quiet.

Fijn en rustig.

It was a quiet, nice place. It was neat and clean. The bed was good.

Het was een rustige, fijne plek. Het was netjes en schoon. Het bed lag goed.

I say this because we have no other experience with nature houses. It was otherwise lovely and would not stop me from going again. But there was still quite a lot of dust everywhere. Personally, I thought the cottage was ripe for refurbishment in the foreseeable future. Doors that don't close properly. Or can be closed. Faucet that is loose. Outside the seating area could use some renovation. The reception is super. Very hospitable and not too difficult about things. We could just go and did not have to cancel. So there is a lot of trust in the guests. Which I experienced as very positive. Stores and the center is to walk. Or by bike. (That might be another idea to be able to rent these on site from the host women). So all in all we had a wonderful time.

Ik zeg dit omdat we verder geen ervaring hebben met natuurhuisjes.
Het was verder heerlijk en zou me ook niet tegen houden om nog eens te gaan. Maar er lag overal best nog veel stof. Persoonlijk vond ik dat het huisje binnen afzienbare tijd wel rijp is voor een opknapbeurt. Deuren die niet goed sluiten. Of afgesloten kunnen worden. Kraan die los zit. Buiten het zit gedeelte kan wat vernieuwing gebruiken. Het ontvangst is wel super. Erg gast vrij en niet te moeilijk doen over dingen. We konden gewoon gaan en hoefde ons niet af te melden. Dus er is erg veel vertrouwen in de gasten. Wat ik als heel erg positief heb ervaren. Winkels en het centrum is te lopen. Of te fietsen. (Dat is misschien nog een keer een idee om deze terplaatsen te kunnen huren van de gast vrouwen). Dus al met al hebben wij het heerlijk gehad.

If you come for peace and quiet this is the perfect place. Just outside the village. Sometimes on a busy road but you hear little or nothing of it. Wake up then sit outside and you hear the birds take flight. Your neighbors are sheep.

Als je voor de rust komt is dit de perfecte plek. Net buiten het dorp. Wel aan een soms drukke weg maar daar hoor je weinig tot niets van. Wakker worden dan heerlijk buiten zitten en je hoort de vogels vluchten. Je buren zijn schapen.

Delightful! From the cottage we looked out over the countryside. It was quite cold so we did not use the garden, but was beautiful and gives complete privacy. The jacuzzi inside was perfect, we never left the house and spent all evening in the jacuzzi. There is a TV that you can turn so you can watch TV in the jacuzzi and there is a music box that you can pair with Bluetooth. The cottage is really fully equipped, we loved it!

Heerlijk! Vanuit het huisje keken we uit over het landschap. Het was best koud dus hebben we van de tuin geen gebruik gemaakt, maar was wel mooi en geeft volledige privacy. De jacuzzi binnen was perfect, we zijn de deur niet meer uit geweest en hebben heel de avond in de jacuzzi doorgebracht. Er hangt een tv die je kan draaien zodat je in de jacuzzi tv kan kijken en er staat een muziekbox die je kan koppelen met Bluetooth. Het huisje is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, wij vonden het heerlijk!
