We had a super weekend here with a group of 7. We arrived late in the evening so the forest was already dark and foggy and it took a while to find the cottage. But this was just more adventure. It was well cold at night (December) so good pajamas and blankets are recommended. Outside we were able to have a nice fire, and the hot tub served well as a cold water bath in the morning in addition to heating. The area is beautiful for a walk. Wij kwamen laat op de avond aan dus het bos was al donker en mistig en het was eventjes zoeken naar het huisje. Maar dit was alleen maar meer avontuur. Een deel van de groep is komen lopen vanuit Bladel en vertelde een prachtige wandeling gehad te hebben in de avondlucht.
Het huisje zelf is erg knus. De incheck instructies waren erg duidelijk en compleet. Het heeft een grote eettafel met keuken en een gezellige zithoek met banken en een houtkachel. Alles is van hout en het voelt alsof je even terug in de tijd stapt. Het was s'nachts goed koud (december) dus een goede pyama en dekens zijn aanbevolen. Buiten hebben we lekker een vuurtje kunnen stoken, en de hottub diende naast verwarming ook goed als koudwaterbad in de ochtend.
