Nature house in Hällefors

The cottage was nicely refurbished and everything was super taken care of. The beds were made, there were vases with fresh wild flowers and a friendly welcome message. Also everything on hand in terms of cleaning supplies, some basics like salt and pepper and even board games.Couple of minor minuses. For us tea lovers, the small kettle attached to a plug was very inconvenient. A larger one that you don't have to unplug to fill would be practical. Also, the bed in the largest bedroom creaks tremendously. Furthermore, there is only one toilet right in the middle of the house right next to the living room (which cannot be closed with a door). Not very nice for privacy. All in all, however, a nice, well cared for place where we had a good week.

Het huisje is netjes opgeknapt en alles was super verzorgd. De bedden waren opgemaakt, er stonden vaasjes met verse wilde bloemen en er lag een vriendelijk welkomstbericht. Ook alles voorhanden wat betreft schoonmaakmiddelen, wat basis producten als peper en zout en zelfs bordspellen.

Paar kleine minpuntjes. Voor ons als theeleuten was het kleine waterkokertje aan een stekker vast heel onhandig. Een grotere die je niet uit het stopcontact hoeft te halen om te vullen zou praktisch zijn. Ook kraakt het bed in de grootste slaapkamer enorm. Verder is er maar één toilet precies middenin het huis direct naast de woonkamer (die niet met een deur af te sluiten is). Niet heel fijn voor de privacy.

Al met al echter een fijne, goed verzorgde plek waar we een goede week hebben gehad.

The cottage is close to the woods on a nice hiking trail over a mountain, on a quiet dirt road. The garden is large, with a seating area and a fire pit (ideal for roasting marshmallows). Little shade around the cottage, though. The week we were there it was over 25 degrees with a hot sun so shade would have been nice. Location a few kilometers from the village is fine. Do take into account a somewhat longer travel time if you want to do something other than hiking in the immediate area. Recommended is the town of Nora, just under an hour away.

Het huisje ligt vlakbij het bos aan een mooie wandelroute over een berg, aan een rustige onverharde weg. De tuin is groot, met een zitplek en een vuurplek (ideaal voor marshmallows roosteren). Wel weinig schaduw rondom het huisje. In de week dat wij er zaten was het boven de 25 graden met een hete zon dus was schaduw fijn geweest. Locatie op een paar kilometer van het dorp is prima. Houd wel rekening met een wat langere reistijd als je iets anders wil doen dan wandelen in de directe omgeving. Aanrader is het stadje Nora, op een klein uurtje.

Lovingly renovated house in a quiet, secluded location with almost everything you need. Lovingly designed and equipped. Very cozy, clean and modern. We would have liked to have known beforehand that there is "only" a capsule coffee machine and that there is no teapot or anything similar. The toilet is located separately on the first floor of the house. We had two very relaxing weeks and even a few rainy days were easy to spend. Internet is also available. If you want to go fishing, you should get to know the area better in advance and think about renting a boat. The contact with the landlord was very friendly, small problems were solved quickly and competently. Many thanks for everything

Liebevoll renoviertes Haus in ruhiger Alleinlage mit nahezu allem was man braucht. Liebevoll gestaltet und ausgestattet. Sehr gemütlich, sauber und modern. Gerne hätten wir vorher gewusst, dass es " nur" eine Kapselkaffeemaschine gibt und auch keine Teekanne oder etwas ähnliches vorhanden ist. Die Toilette befindet sich separat in Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Wir hatten zwei sehr erholsame Wochen und auch ein paar Regentage ließen sich gut verbringen. Internet ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Um zu Angeln sollte man sich vorab besser mit der Umgebung auseinandersetzen und über das Anmieten eines Bootes nachdenken.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, kleine Probleme wurden schnell und kompetent gelöst. Vielen Dank für alles

Almost invisible house in a secluded location, close to woods and meadows and a river. Hardly any traffic to be heard.

Nahezu nicht einsehbares Haus in Alleinlagen, nahe zu Wald und Wiesen und einem Fluss. Kaum Verkehr zu hören.

Very quiet.
