Did you ever dream of walking up surrounded by horses in the middle of nature? Our mobile tiny house, based on a shipping container, was designed to offer top accommodation services while surrounded by nature and animals while being located just some minutes away from the city. Our tiny house was built on the base of a 7,50m long swap body, hooked up on a truck trailer keeping it mobile and flexible location-based. It is equipped with a 1,60m bed, small dining area/chillout area, full kitchen with oven and complete bathroom with hot shower. All our windows have electric or manual curtains to be able to dark out the room. During the summer months, you will be able to enjoy your private terrace with chillout area, barbeque, firepit & outdoor shower. From November to April, the horses on our farm are no longer in the pasture every day because the weather does not allow this. But for sure you'll see some horses around anyways and our sheep often graze very close to the Tiny House.

Nature and surroundings

Our place is located in the middle of the Neanderthal trail. A recollection of 240 kms of hiking and biking trails leaving from our place or by short driving distance. The Dorper Weg is a small secondary road characterised by being surrounded by horse farms, all sorts of crop fields and a beautiful forest valley close by. Besides all sorts of animals, our neighbourhood is a popular hiking/biking area so you will see many active people passing by our place. Enjoy your sundowner drink on deck while observing some grazing galloways or one of our neighbours bringing his hay bales home. You are allowed to discover our farm and the surroundings, but it is strictly forbidden to feed the horses or open any stables to get closer to them or cuddle them. Farm life starts early (6-7am) so although we built the container as isolated as possible (all windows are double glazed), we can’t promise you won’t listen to animals/machines at some point during your stay.

Small but nice! Our first short vacation in a Tiny House. A great experience for us in a super beautiful Tiny House built with love. We lacked nothing, everything is available and everything is very well maintained and clean. The best thing was the sunrise that we could enjoy from our bed. We can only recommend it and will definitely be back.

I felt very comfortable as the container was very clean and modernly equipped. Everything was available for my purposes and the location just outside Düsseldorf is ideal for excursions. I would love to come back in the summer to use the outdoor shower (unfortunately it is currently closed due to frost). The underfloor heating is pleasant, but late in the evening I had to turn on the fireplace with heating as it got quite chilly on the bed side. All in all, a great experience and I am happy to recommend the accommodation!
