Never been in such a clean cottage before! Gee we were so sorry to have to leave again. Host was not present during our stay but there was a bottle of organic juice ready and he responded super fast by sms. Also pleasant contact in advance via email, really nothing to complain about. Lovely week behind us in this cozy cottage! Because our daughter still needs a long nap in the afternoon, we sat inside a lot, but we did not mind. With the quooker we drank a lot of tea and read books on the sofa at the window. The birds at the window were often the only thing we heard inside and when we stepped outside, we could immediately start a walk. Our little daughter also had a good time with the toys outside! It is an old house and we did notice that by the heating which had to work hard. Nevertheless, the central heating was always able to maintain the set temperature, so no problem at all. A pair of good slippers did come in handy with the cold floor. We haven't slept as well as here in a long time! Blessed mattress and wonderfully warm and heavy bedding in a spacious, fresh room. Everything creaks upstairs though, so if you think you're going to the toilet quietly at night, you're in for a treat
