Along the Chalk Country Trail and the Dutch Mountain trail, lies this middle house dating from 1700. In 2023 largely renovated. Downstairs is the living room with fireplace and an antique staircase leading upstairs. There is a modern kitchen with quooker, nespresso and a lovely wood stove. Through the landing on the 1st floor, you enter the bathroom with WC and the double bedroom. On the 2nd floor is another bedroom with two separate box springs that can be coupled. All beds have brand new bedding and mattresses. At the back of the house is a covered -non smoking- terrace with access to the enclosed garden. At the back of the deep garden there is a beautiful view over the fields. The national monument (130m2) is insulated but living sounds remain audible. We live next door with our 3 children. Children play freely here on the cul-de-sac and in the adjacent gardens. Your friendly and clean dog is welcome. Incl. bed, bath and kitchen linen.

The nature house is located in the hill country of South Limburg, near the Drielandenpunt between Gemmenich (Belgium) and Vaals and a stone's throw from Castle Vaalsbroek. This is an ideal base for people who want to enjoy the surroundings and nature. From the front door you walk directly into the forest. The house is located next to a silence area; to ensure evening peace for local residents, this house is not suitable for groups of friends / bachelor parties. Aachen / Aachen is 20 min cycling (e-bike), Landal Greenparks Hoog Vaals with swimming pool and various indoor facilities is 2 km away. Start immediately with beautiful cycling routes such as the Vennbahn or the REVeL ligne 38. It is a pleasant cycling route for families with children with nice playgrounds and stops. The route takes you to special places like the abbey of Val-Dieu (20 km) or Liege (40 km). Maastricht is also easily accessible by car (30km).
