You’ll fall in love with this house on the Sonnberg and with our Wildschönau high valley. YOUR vacation home is located in an architect-designed, eco-friendly house above a small alpine pasture, halfway up the mountain, at the end of a small road. The apartment features a very spacious living room with access to the rooftop terrace and garden, two bedrooms (double beds with natural latex zone mattresses, as well as natural bedding and organic linens), 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen-dining area with a south-facing balcony including a dining set, a hallway, a staircase, and 2 covered parking spaces with electric charging capabilities. Two evenings a week, the garden sauna is available for YOUR exclusive use. You can also use our two trekking e-bikes, subject to availability. The apartment has been furnished and designed with great attention to detail. The furnishings consist of solid wood furniture. From both levels of the apartment, you’ll enjoy an enchanting view of the Kitzbühel mountains.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the first district of the upper valley, right in the heart of the Wildschönau / Alpbachtal. Since we are a premium partner of the mountain railways, YOU can use the mountain railway services in the upper valley free of charge and as often as you like from May 9 through October 18, 2026. The nearby outdoor pool is also free. It’s also only about a 10-minute drive to the Skijuwel Wildschönau Alpbachtal ski and hiking area, as well as to the entrance to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Kitzbühel in Tyrol. On the rooftop terrace and from the garden, you can enjoy the sound of the babbling brook and birdsong. If you’re arriving by train, we’ll pick you up from the train station in Wörgl upon request and can also help you with your grocery shopping at the supermarket.
