Nature house in de Lutte

We had good communication with the owner, and they let us check into the cottage early. Unfortunately, due to circumstances, we weren't able to take advantage of this.

Goed contact met de eigenaar en we konden eerder het huisje in. Helaas door omstandigheden hebben we hier geen gebruik van kunnen maken.

What a fantastic place. So peaceful and plenty of privacy. Close to many hiking trails, and plenty of outdoor cafes and restaurants.

Wat een fantastische plek. Heerlijk rustig en veel privacy. Vlakbij veel wandelroutes en terrasjes en restaurants in overvloed.

A lovely cottage, fully equipped! We hadn’t specifically chosen it for the air conditioning, but it turned out to be a nice bonus when the temperatures soared well past 30 degrees. The covered patio was wonderful; we were able to sit there comfortably until late in the evening.
It sleeps 6, but the cottage seems a bit small to us for 6 (adult) people if you’re spending a lot of time indoors.
The surrounding area is truly fantastic for biking and hiking (though we didn’t do much of the latter because of the heat). The Dinkel River flows just a few hundred meters from the cottage: beautiful!

Fijn huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien! We hadden het niet uitgezocht op de aanwezigheid van airco maar dit bleek wel fijn toen de temperaturen de 30 graden ruim overschreden. De overkapping was heerlijk, daar hebben tot ‘s avonds laat fijn kunnen zitten.
Er zijn 6 slaapplaatsen maar het huisje lijkt ons wat klein voor 6 (volwassen) personen als er veel binnen gebivakkeerd moet worden.
De omgeving is echt fantastisch om te fietsen en te wandelen (dat laatste hebben niet veel gedaan vanwege de warmte). De Dinkel stroomt op een paar honderd meter vanaf het huisje: prachtig!

Fijn huisje met een heerlijke besloten bostuin.

Nice cottage rather madam and responds quickly to questions. Unfortunately we paid 150 euros extra so we could enjoy the hot tub, unfortunately there was far too little wood. (Very unfortunate). Only 3 days to use the hot tub while we were there 7 days. Indicated to Mrs. but who was also a few days away and if we wanted to arrange something ourselves. This is one thing I think.

Mooi huisje liever mevrouw en reageert snel op vragen.

Helaas hebben wij 150 euro extra betaald zodat wij konden genieten van de hottub, helaas was er veel te weinig hout. (Heel jammer). Maar 3 dagen gebruik kunnen maken van de hottub terwijl wij er 7 dagen waren.
Aangegeven bij mevrouw maar die was zelf ook een paar dagen weg en of wij zelf iets wilden regelen. Dit vind ik zelf wel een ding.

Beautiful cottage, everything and quiet. The weather in the week we were there was not so good but the peace of the omgeveing and the cozy cottage makes up for a lot.

Mooi huisje, alles aanwezig en heerlijk rustig. Het weer was in de week dat wij er waren niet zo best maar de rust van de omgeveing en het knusse huisje maakt veel goed.
