The Tiny House Boat was located in a beautiful little harbor, a few steps from a larger lake, but unfortunately there was no access for swimming. We also really liked the nearby village and the lakes around it, as well as the proximity to Utrecht and Amsterdam. The house was nicely furnished and had all the essentials. Overall we were very satisfied, but the noise of the nearby busy road was very annoying, even at night it was hardly quieter. Therefore, unfortunately, the point deduction.
