Our Tiny House is in the middle of nature, but you don't have to do without comfort. There is electricity in the house and also a water connection with hot water. In the bathroom there is a small shower and a separate dry toilet. The house is well insulated so that it stays pleasantly cool inside in summer and in winter the cold doesn't creep in quite so quickly. In addition, in winter you can warm up wonderfully by the warm fireplace, there is plenty of firewood available (free of charge). There is a gas stove for cooking in the house or a barbecue outside, which you are welcome to use. There is also a small fridge, dishes, pots and the basic equipment. There is also a small sauna (for up to 4 people) with a wood-burning stove on the property. You are welcome to use the sauna, you just have to heat it yourself. It takes about 2-3 hours for the sauna to heat up properly. We would charge 39,-€ for the use of the sauna in the afternoon/evening (incl. wood).
Nature and surroundings
The Tiny House is located directly on the river and the property is already on the edge of the forest. The popular Harzer-Hexenstieg hiking trail runs directly along the property. Germany's largest suspension bridge, a floating restaurant and many other great excursion destinations are within walking distance.
