Our historic farm is located directly on the national park The Maasduinen. The farm is located on a road which provides a lot of peace and you walk or cycle into the forest and national park. It would be nice to mention the coffee maker. It’s an espresso machine that uses pods. It’s helpful to know in advance (especially when I have to work :P) whether I’ll have coffee in the morning. We both thoroughly enjoyed the cottage, and it was surprisingly cool. Extra kudos for the breakfast. Worth every euro. The peacock in the garden is both a delight and takes some getting used to (noisy little creature, hahaha), but there are also lots of birds you don’t usually see up close, like green woodpeckers and a stork right in front of your house!
