Single apartment - compact & quiet location The small single apartment is located on the second floor of our house and is ideal for single travelers who appreciate quiet and well-kept accommodation. The apartment consists of three separate rooms: Bedroom with single bed (90 × 200 cm), TV and small closet Bathroom with shower and toilet Kitchen with cozy corner bench Please note that all rooms are accessible via a shared corridor. This is shared exclusively with another vacation apartment. A balcony can also be used. We cordially invite you to use our garden to relax. It offers a sunbathing lawn, a pool, a small charcoal grill and a cozy seating area. We ask for mutual consideration and quiet behavior so that all guests can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Please also note that pets - especially dogs - are not allowed in our accommodations.

Nature & surroundings Our accommodation is located in the middle of a nature reserve and in the immediate vicinity of two dams. The surrounding area is characterized by tranquility, vast nature and a varied landscape. Around our house you will find numerous hiking trails as well as well-signposted cycle routes - ideal for relaxed walks, extended hikes or sporty tours. You can charge your e-bike free of charge and park it safely at our hotel. We also have extensive information material on excursion destinations, tours and highlights in the region for you - we are also happy to give you personal tips.
