This spacious 95 m² apartment with three rooms and balcony is ideal for families. It has a cozy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cutlery), dining area and two bedrooms. The modern apartment is stylishly tiled in the kitchen and bathroom, the bedroom floors are parquet. The living room and one bedroom are each equipped with a Smart TV and LAN connection. WLAN is free of charge. The bathroom with shower is very spacious. On the large balcony with views of the garden, forest and mountains, there are sun loungers and a table with seating for up to six people. An electric barbecue is available on request. Free parking at the house. Pets live in the building. Dogs only allowed on request (via chat) (extra cleaning fee). Tourist tax is cheaper in low season, children from 6-15 years 1€. Billing in advance.

The protected locations and mild climate provide the winegrowers with high-quality wines, which can be sampled at wine tastings.
