Our vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay in its approximately 70 m² of living area. It features a bathroom with a shower, an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy corner bench, and a large sofa that can sleep two additional guests if needed. A separate bedroom with a double bed completes the living space. On the same floor, there is a shared balcony available for your use, which you’ll share with the other guests. For moments of relaxation, we warmly invite you to also make use of our garden. There you’ll find a spacious lawn, a pool, a small charcoal grill, and a cozy seating area—ideal for unwinding after an active day. Please be considerate of the other guests so that everyone can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you.

Nature & Surroundings Our vacation rentals are nestled in a peaceful nature reserve—surrounded by forests, meadows, and open countryside. Two reservoirs are located nearby, inviting you to take walks, hikes, or enjoy a short break by the water. Numerous hiking trails and well-marked bike and e-bike routes start right at our doorstep. Of course, you can charge your e-bike for free and park it securely here. To help you plan your excursions, we have a wide range of information about the region, hiking maps, and tips on local highlights available on-site. Here you can enjoy nature in its purest form—the perfect place to take a deep breath, slow down, and unwind.
