Cozy decorated To cleanliness could be better. Especially the shower was not a nice experience. I also found that there was nowhere to go with your complaint. Called the number but got no response. Also promised that I would receive an email before arrival to know where to pick up the key. No mail received.

This was delivered at the agreed time in a beautiful basket with a very wide choice! Really super! We were three adults and one of us slept on the sofa bed in the room. It was only a thin mattress and we only found out the next day that there was a topper behind the sofa bed. It would have been nice if we had been made aware of that. We also missed curtains in the living room and bedroom, since it gets light as early as 6:30 in the morning, we woke up earlier than we would have liked.

Het was maar een dun matrasje en we kwamen er pas de dag erna achter dat er een topper achter de slaapbank lag. Het was mooi geweest als we daar op waren gewezen.
