Would you like carefree camping, but with the comfort of a cottage on the edge of the Dwingelerveld? Then enjoy our safari tent and escape the hustle and bustle and rush of life for a while. Wake up in the morning with chirping birds and the delicious smell of a wooded area and in the evening relax in the hot tub under the stars in clear weather. From the veranda you overlook a playing field, where children can have a great time. Our safari tent is equipped for 6 persons with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. The safari tent has a kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, gas stove and the necessary kitchen inventory, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. This safari tent has private sanitary facilities (not in the tent). The safari tent can be comfortably heated by a wood stove present in the safari tent. This allows you to enjoy our safari tent even at colder temperatures.
Nature and surroundings
Our safari tent is located on a small-scale vacation park, in the middle of the wooded nature reserve 'National Park Dwingelerveld', with its vast forests and some 1200 hectares of heathland. An ideal location for nature lovers and people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of life. With many cycling, walking and cycling junction routes through nature and over the moors you are in a great place. About 3 kilometers away you will find yourself in the characteristic village of Dwingeloo, which in 2012 was voted the greenest village in Europe. Here you can enjoy the hospitality and beautiful village square with plenty of restaurants and terraces. At 1 kilometer away you can enjoy the forest pool 'Het beleefpark'.
