For those who want peace and quiet and a break from everything, this is the ideal place. Next to our farmhouse, over the past year, owner Frans, has created a beautiful ecological piece of land. There is an apple orchard, a natural pond and frog pool created surrounded by Italian poplars and forest bushes. 54 different species of chickens get to enjoy this. The chickens roam leisurely and peck at their grains in the open field, resulting in a fresh egg every morning for whoever wants it. Slowly the idea arose to let more people enjoy this peaceful piece of nature. The result became a small Wrap House suitable for 2 adults. Possibly 2 children can sleep in the upper bed. The ecological, energy neutral Wikkelhuisje is fully equipped for a pleasant stay. At the front is a terrace overlooking the Zalkerdijk. The Zalkerdijk is located in the nature reserve the Vreugderijkerwaard. Peace, space and air is a good characterization for this stay.

This nature house is located in a part of the Overijssels Landscape. From the tranquility and nature you can be in the center of the city of Zwolle by bike in about 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the location are several cycling and walking routes. You can also, for example, take the ferry across to the idyllic village of Zalk. In the beautiful floodplains, there is a viewing-bird hut and a boot path for enthusiasts. Giethoorn, Nature Park De Weerribben, Steenwijkerland, are about 35 km away.
