Detached house, brand new and sustainably built. The modern interior, hot tub and location in a wooded area allow you to relax here. It is located next to vacation park Bergvliet, but is not part of it. The garden will be laid out in the spring of 2023. Living room with lounge sofa and TV. The glass front makes for a lovely light house. Modern kitchen with all amenities. 2 Bedrooms each with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) with double comforter. 2 Bathrooms en-suite one with bath and one with shower. Both have a sink and toilet. Through the living room you reach the terrace with 2 deck chairs. Hot tub (wood against payment). Daily arrival and departure!
Nature and surroundings
The house is on Bergvliet estate, next to the vacation park, but not part of it. It is located between the Brabant countryside and the Oosterhout woods, where you can enjoy wellness, golf and nature. Landgoed Bergvliet has an 18-hole golf course and a par 3 course, there is also a restaurant and bar. Also wellness resort Spa One (2 minutes walk from the house) is located on estate Bergvliet, the most sustainable and environmentally friendly wellness complex of the Southern Netherlands with saunas, whirlpools and swimming pools. From the house you can make beautiful walking or cycling trips, enjoy Burgundy in Breda, a day at the Efteling or visit the National Park the Biesbosch. There is variety enough for a weekend or longer vacation.
