Nature house in Oosterhout

Not a detached bungalow, but a small apartment complex!
That’s why we gave it a low score.

Shortly after arriving, we found out that two apartments are being rented out underneath the bungalow.
This isn’t mentioned anywhere!
If we’d known this beforehand, we wouldn’t have rented the bungalow.
Once inside, you can hear noises like doors slamming or other household sounds. In both bedrooms, you hear most of the noises, such as loud music, and you can hear people talking. Getting a good night’s sleep was often a challenge.

There’s not much to say about the bungalow itself. It’s very luxurious. We got the hang of how everything worked after just one day.
The large garden offers privacy. A beach umbrella would be really nice on sunny days.
More attention should definitely be paid to cleaning.

Vlak na aankomst kwamen wij erachter dat er 2 appartementen onder de bungalow worden verhuurd.
Dit wordt nergens vermeld!
Als wij dit van tevoren hadden geweten, dan hadden wij de bungalow niet gehuurd.
Als je binnen bent hoor je geluiden zoals dichslaan van een deur of andere woongeluiden. In beide slaapkamers hoor je de meeste geluiden zoals luide muziek en en je hoort de mensen praten. Een goede nachtrust was soms vaak ver te zoeken.

Aan de bungalow zelf valt niet veel op te merken. Is heel luxe. De bediening van alles na een dag al onder de knie.
De grote tuin heeft privacy. Parasol met mooie dagen zou wel heel fijn zijn.
Aan de schoonmaak mag zeker meer aandacht worden besteed.

The surroundings were beautiful. There were lovely bike paths and some nice places nearby to walk the dog.

De omgeving was mooi. Mooie fietsroutes en ook leuke plekken in de buurt om met de hond te wandelen.

Beetje overlast van de hondenkennel die waarschijnlijk in de buurt ligt. Blaffen erg veel…

Perfect cottage! Great to sleep so close to Spa One!!! Beautiful decor with peaceful earth tones. Love the kitchen!!!!

What was missing were coffee cups (unfortunately only 3 small cups), egg cups or simply a few hooks in the sleeping area to hang up some clothes. Also fly screens would certainly reduce some of the marks on the walls of the previous tenants. What would certainly also help would be a folder with an introduction and help with the many switches and setting options on the tablet. The hot tube was easy to fill with water and heat up to the desired temperature with a bag of wood. The restaurant on the golf course is very good and can be recommended. Breda and Oosterhoud are easy to reach by bike.

Was fehlte waren Kaffeetassen (leider nur 3 kleine Becher), Eierbecher oder einfach ein paar Haken im Schlafbereich um ein paar Klamotten aufzuhängen. Auch Fliegenschutzgitter würden so manchen Abdruck an den Wänden der Vormieter sicherlich mindern.
Was sicherlich auch helfen würde wäre eine Mappe mit einer Einführung und Hilfe der vielen Schalter und Einstellmöglichkeiten am Tablet. Hier half nur ausprobieren.
Der Hot Tube ließ sich einfach mit Wasser befüllen und mit einem Sack Holz auf die Wunschtemperatur aufheizen.
Das Restaurant am Golfplatz ist sehr gut und zu empfehlen. Breda und Oosterhoud sind mit dem Rad schnell zu erreichen.

The house is located on a vacation home park. the first external impression was 1m high weeds and an unkempt outdoor area. the interior of the house impressed us positively. Nicely laid out, great furnishings. If the garden had been well maintained, this would be a top rating.

Das Haus liegt an einem Ferienhauspark. der erste äußere Eindruck war 1m hohes Unkraut und eine ungepflegte Außenanlage.
Das innere des Hauses beeindruckte uns positiv. Schön aufgeteilt, toll eingerichtet. Sehr schön.
Wenn hier der Garten gepflegt wäre wäre das hier eine Top Bewertung.
