We offer you a nature house with room and private bathroom on the second floor of our beautiful barn house at the end of the village. We live downstairs ourselves.Includes a delicious breakfast in the room.The room is in a small B&B of two rooms. The entrance and the kitchenette are for common use. You have access to a private bathroom with toilet, sink, rain shower, towels and hairdryer. In the room, which overlooks the meadows and hobby animals, there is a double bed, a 2-person sofa bed, dining table with chairs, nespresso machine, kettle and Wifi. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, 2-burner induction hob for preparing small meals there is also kitchen inventory for that. Here in the morning, at your desired time, breakfast is put down so you can have breakfast in your room.
Nature and surroundings
Outside you have garden chairs in our vegetable- flower garden. Around the barn house are all kinds of hobby animals to admire, including sheep, goats, ponies, poultry and our two Labrador dogs. There is parking on site Located between Alkmaar and Amsterdam is the picturesque village of Markenbinnen, surrounded by the peat meadows and reclaimed land with its numerous ditches, makes it a special area. Where beautiful cycling and walking tours can be made. There are also addresses to rent boats. The cities Alkmaar (15km), Amsterdam (30km) and Hoorn (28 km)) are easily accessible by car and from NS station Krommenie also by train. But a bike ride to the island of De Woude and the village of De Rijp, with its nice restaurants, is definitely worthwhile. And a visit to the North Sea beach (Castricum-Egmond-Hargen) is among the many possibilities.
