On a private plot , in a unique spot stands this beautiful cottage with complete privacy. Around the house is a very large private garden/forest that you share with squirrels and birds, deer are even regularly spotted. With sliding garden doors to the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view of the meadow and forest edge here in the morning and evening.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located near the nature reserve the Borkeld and the Sallandse Heuvelrug. There are many walking and cycling opportunities nearby. The house (92m2 and 250m3) has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with large double steam shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. There are two more bedrooms upstairs. Outside is a nice terrace with a good garden set. The house is fully equipped: Kitchen with built-in appliances, internet and TV. The rental also includes made beds and towels. The center of Holten is nearby with nice stores, supermarkets, restaurants and bicycle rental. The places Deventer and Apeldoorn are also not far from here and there is a ns station.
