Welcome to the Drömling biosphere reserve. In the middle of the Altmark, a region in Saxony-Anhalt, you can spend your vacation here on a four-sided farm in a separate building, which we have converted into a vacation apartment. The apartment was completed in 2023. You can spend your vacation here in absolute peace and relaxation, with an unobstructed view of the rural nature. Arrival days are possible daily with a minimum booking period of 4 days. The apartment (65 m² + 25 m²) is designed with enough space for 2 people, but is also suitable for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a fridge, oven/stove with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom also has a washing machine; fiber optic internet is available via WLAN (WIFi). Bicycles or e-bikes can be safely parked and charged. We would be delighted to welcome you as our guests.
Nature and surroundings
The property is located on the edge of the "Drömling" biosphere reserve. The Drömling itself fascinates with its unique moor, pasture and meadow culture. Wildlife and bird watching tours are possible here and can also be booked. If you are looking for absolute peace, few people, closeness to nature with wild animals and birds, as well as an apartment in a secluded location, this is the place for you. A good network of cycle paths is ideal for day trips. Also worth seeing are our Hanseatic towns such as: Tangermünde - the most beautiful small town in Germany; Havelberg; Werben; Seehausen; Salzwedel and Gardelegen. Or visit the Arendsee, which is considered Saxony-Anhalt's favorite lake. History: Here in the Altmark, there are several churches in the towns and one in almost every village. There are over 500 churches in total. Another special feature are the numerous fieldstone churches. The "Romanesque Road" is very close by and good shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached in about 10 km.
