The Appelbongert farm is over 100 years old and is located approx. 1 km from the Dämmerwald nature reserve in the Hohe Mark Nature Park. The apartment "Weide" has its own entrance and is wheelchair accessible. In the living/dining room there is a kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge, stove and more. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second two single beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a second toilet. There is a veranda directly in front of the "pasture". Our vacation apartments are well equipped so that self-catering is possible. There are quaint places that invite you to linger. And if you are looking for a bit of adventure, you can sleep under the open sky in the warm season and enjoy the view of the stars... Welcome, we look forward to seeing you!

Located in the middle of the Hohe Mark Nature Park, our Nature house apartments offer an ideal location for exploring the Lower Rhine, Münsterland and Ruhr regions. The hiking and cycle path networks are very well developed and lovingly managed restaurants and farm stores invite you to enjoy products from the region. Or you can discover the Appelbongert and enjoy the peace and quiet and nature. We have been recognized as an official project of the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development and the UN Decade on Biodiversity.
