The B&B is the front house of the beautiful farmhouse, where a number of cattle are also kept in the yard. The B&B part has a net surface of 72 m².The B&B is standard suitable for 2 persons = place 1 and 2.However, there is sleeping space for a total of 4 persons - see the floor plan above. Ask for the extra discount for 3-4 persons.The B&B can of course also be booked without breakfast.
Nature and surroundings
The B & B is located in the beautiful countryside of Holten.The farmhouse is located about 3 km west of Holten in the hamlet Espelo.It is possible to book a transfer (free gift) from Holten (station). The owners will pick you up personally.From the B & B you are after 1 km in the Espelose Forest, where you can walk, followed by the Holterberg.It is a beautiful base for walking and cycling.The Marskramerpad comes along at 1 km.

Sfeervol deel van de boerderij. Zeer gastvrij. Veel privacy. Heerlijk ontbijt met veel eigen of streekproducten. Prima keuken, huiskamer en goede bedden. Goed internet. Een aanrader!

Mooie ligging, zie ervaring natuur, prettige woning en zeer aangename ontvangst, gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaren. Ik kan het absoluut aanbevelen!!
Perfect, vlak bij de Holterberg, maar net ver genoeg om niet in de toeristen'massa' te zitten. Vrij uitzicht over de weilanden en bosrand
