Between Assen and Groningen is located in the beautiful Drenthe village of Yde our nature house. It is a wooden chalet built in 2017, very well insulated and energy neutral. Cool in summer and warm in winter. We live just outside the core of Yde on a small continuous quiet road. The nature house is on our property but offers enough privacy for our guests. Private terrace with sitting area and barbecue. It accommodates a total of 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, 2 burner induction hob and fridge. There are two bedrooms, the first with king size bed and the second with two single beds. From mid-May you can use the swimming pool. In our yard our chickens scratch in a large run and you can enjoy them when they lay enough eggs. In the summer we also have a large vegetable garden and our own greenhouse which we like to share with our guests. If desired you can use our breakfast service a 12.50 p.p.p.d.
Nature and surroundings
Delicious in the countryside with a pond behind the house and where the animals are part of our lives. From here you can make fantastic cycling and walking trips to eg the Drentse A. Of course you should not miss "the girl of Yde". Yde is centrally located between Assen and Groningen where you can enjoy shopping or go to the market. There are also many restaurants in the area where you can eat. In short, you can enjoy the tranquility and space and nature and not too far away there are many outings possible. Location in the middle of Assen, Groningen, Zuidlaren and Roden. Pieterpad is 5 kilometers away. There are many bicycle routes from here to cycle in the beautiful nature. Paterswoldsemeer 5 kilometers, Zuidlaardermeer 10 kilometers and National Park Drentse Aa is a short distance.

Vanuit woonkamer uitzicht op paardenren, geen hanggedeelte in kledingkast, aan 1 kant geen ruimte om uit bed te stappen, geen vriesvakje in koelkast. Wij hadden slecht weer, anders kon je voor het huisje buiten zitten.
Heerlijk rustig. Natuur niet echt kunnen ontdekken ivm veel regen.

Gezellig, van alle gemakken voorzien, ruim voor twee personen.
Afwisselend, bos, slingerende wegen, stil, fantastisch om te wandelen en te fietsen.
