The "Vivenda" is located on a one-hectare estate in the countryside, with views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. 5 minutes from the charming village of Côja and 10 minutes from supermarkets / 50 minutes from the historic cities of Coimbra and Viseu / 1 hour from the sea and 1 hour from the "Serra da Estrela". Plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling in the surrounding area.
